Epson EU-T300C

The Epson EU-T300C is a smaller version of the EU-T300 kiosk printer, carrying all the high-quality features of its bigger brother. This Epson printer, with its small foot-print, was designed for smaller kiosks. Its 5-inch height, 7-inch depth and 5.5-inch width make it ideal for this task. It has an easy paper loading and semi-auto loading function to make for fast paper handling. It has a modular design that makes maintenance easy. This printer is equipped with a 32-bit 20 MHz Toshiba processor for carrying out its designated tasks.

It is capable of printing at speeds up to 6 inches per second. This Epson printer uses standard 80millimeter paper roll as all POS (Point Of Sale) printers. Additionally, it supports 2.4 mil receipt paper to 7mil ticket stock. The roll size accommodated by this printer is 83 millimeters (outside diameter). The printer comes standard with Windows drivers, and a command protocol based on ECS/POS standard. It also has a built in 192 kilobytes of flash memory to store logos and graphics. The connectivity interface is industry-standard USB and it carries a four megabit flash ROM that is host upgradeable.

For monitoring of print head temperature, there is a thermal resistor. The printer is capable of running on all software that is Epson standard ESC/POS compliant and will operate under all Windows platforms as well as Linux. The printer is constructed of high-quality components in a steel chassis. It is rated to perform from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius in environments that have 10 to 80 percentage humidity. The printer weighs in at 2.5 kilograms.
